These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and stay at Royal Ivory Nana Hotel Co., Ltd. ("the Hotel"), located at 73 Sukhumvit Soi 4, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Reservations
- All reservations are subject to room availability at the time of booking.
- A valid credit or debit card is required to secure a reservation. For prepaid rates, full payment is charged at time of booking.
- Bookings made through online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com or Agoda are subject to those platforms' booking conditions in addition to ours.
- Direct bookings via our website or reservation email are governed exclusively by these Terms.
2. Check-In & Check-Out

The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise a credit card for incidentals upon check-in. The pre-authorisation amount will be released upon departure (timeline depends on your bank).
3. Cancellation & Modification Policy
Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate type selected at booking:
- Flexible rates: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date (Bangkok time, GMT+7). Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged one night's room rate.
- Non-refundable / prepaid rates: No cancellation, modification, or refund is permitted after booking. The full reservation amount is charged at time of booking.
- Special event or promotional rates: May carry specific cancellation conditions stated at time of booking.
Modifications to dates, room type, or guest count are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment.
4. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the full first night's room rate. Any remaining nights of the reservation will be automatically released.
5. Payment
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, cash (Thai Baht). American Express accepted at management discretion.
- All rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.
- The Hotel is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations for guests paying in foreign currency.
6. Joiner Policy
Royal Ivory Nana Hotel operates a no joiner fee policy. Guests may receive visitors in their rooms without additional charges, subject to Thai law and Hotel house rules. Overnight additional guests must be registered at reception and may incur an extra person charge.
7. House Rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas including rooms, corridors, and the lobby. Designated smoking areas are available on the premises.
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Guests are expected to respect other guests and staff and to avoid disruptive behaviour. The Hotel reserves the right to ask disruptive guests to leave without refund.
- Any damage caused to Hotel property by a guest will be charged to that guest's account.
- Illegal activities on Hotel premises are strictly prohibited and will be reported to Thai authorities.
8. Swimming Pool
- The outdoor swimming pool is available for registered guests only.
- Pool hours are posted at the pool entrance. Swimming is not permitted outside posted hours.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- The Hotel is not liable for injuries occurring through misuse of pool facilities.
9. Liability
- The Hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables left in rooms or common areas. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe or the Hotel's front desk safe deposit.
- The Hotel's liability for any claim arising from a guest's stay shall not exceed the total room rate paid for that stay.
- The Hotel is not liable for failure to perform any obligation where such failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.

All content on www.royalivory.com — including text, images, logos, and articles — is the property of Royal Ivory Nana Hotel and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. The Hotel does not endorse or take responsibility for content on external sites.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
12. Changes to These Terms
The Hotel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
